Cancellation & Refund Policy

All JOY MATE subscriptions begin with a free 30‑day trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial period, and no charges will be applied.

By starting a JOY MATE subscription, you agree that your payment method will be automatically charged at the end of the 30‑day trial unless you cancel before the trial expires.

Once the first payment has been processed:

JOY MATE does not offer refunds for monthly or yearly subscriptions.

This includes, without limitation, situations where a customer forgets to cancel, does not use the service, or is unaware of the trial end date. The free trial provides adequate time to evaluate the service before any payment is made.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not result in a refund of payments already processed.
