Users typically sign in using their email address, Google account, or Apple ID (if enabled).
Their account gives them access to your app’s features, and their information is private to your app.
So, when users sign up, they are creating an account specifically for your JOY MATE app, but it’s managed through Glide’s secure authentication system. No separate Glide account is needed for your customers—just access to your app.

If your customers forget their password or have trouble logging in to your Glide app:
Email Sign-In:
Glide typically uses a "magic link" method for email sign-in (no passwords required).
Users enter their email, and Glide sends them a secure link to log in.
If they don’t receive the link, they should check their spam/junk folder or try again.Google or Apple Sign-In:
If enabled, users can sign in with Google or Apple—no password to remember, just their usual Google/Apple login.Troubleshooting:
If users have persistent problems, they can contact you (the app owner) to verify their email address or troubleshoot further.
You can resend invitations or check their access in your Glide dashboard.
So, your customers won’t manage or reset a password—Glide’s login process is secure and password-free for most sign-in options, making things simpler for everyone.
